Cardio slay is an explicit ratchet 50 minute high energy dance workout class that includes intense HITT exercises that targets the entire body. Hip hop hits, ratchet vibes and booty shaking moves will have you leaving the room feeling sweaty and sexy.

No dance experience needed—just bring your energy and your attitude.
