What are Eyelash Extensions?

Applying extensions to the eyelashes is a practice that enhances the length, thickness, and fullness of natural eyelashes. Divine Beauty Bar will teach you every step needed to apply lashes individually to your client’s single eyelash one-by-one. Individual eyelashes mimic one’s natural eyelashes and provides a long-lasting beautiful appearance. False eyelashes and eyelash extensions are not the same. Eyelash extensions have the ability to last up to 4-6 weeks with proper care. Most importantly, we will throw in an extra training with this course and teach you how to lift and tint the client lashes and how to tint brows. This is technically a three-in-one course for a very, affordable cost. Eyelash Extension technicians are charging anywhere from $100-250 for this service. Experience and location plays a factor, however if you begin charging $75 for 2 hours, and let’s say you have 5 customers. $375/day (5 days =$1875) x4 week (month)= $7,500 x12 months=

What is a Lash Lift/Tint?

This new lash enhancing treatment boosts your lashes without the need for extensions. The eyelashes are lifted and ‘set’ for eye opening results that will last the natural life cycle of your lashes. This is a great service for clients who do not want eyelash extensions, however want to enhance their lashes and overall appearance. The shields and solutions provided in your kit will curl, set and condition your clients natural lashes! This procedure does not require adhesive and has the ability to last 6-8 weeks. Services usually begin at $75.

Please note that anyone is able to take this class for additional understanding of Classic Eyelash Extensions and Lash Lift/Tint, however Texas requires a Cosmetologist, Estethician or 320 hour Specialty Eyelash Extension license in order to perform eyelash extensions in the state of Texas. You will be provided a certificate, however you will need to obtain one of the above licenses to legally perform eyelash extensions in the state of Texas. This class does NOT provide you with the certification needed to work in a Salon.
