Housing Trust Fund Listening Sessions: FORTIFIED Roof Contractors

The New Orleans Redevelopment Authority (NORA) and Finance New Orleans (FNO) invite FORTIFIED roofing contractors, roofing professionals, construction partners, and program implementation stakeholders to participate in a Housing Trust Fund (HTF) Listening Session focused on the City’s upcoming FORTIFIED Roof Programs.

These sessions are designed to gather industry feedback, discuss program structure and implementation strategies, and strengthen collaboration around resilient roofing investments in New Orleans. Input from contractors and housing partners will help shape effective program delivery that expands access to stronger, more resilient roofing systems while supporting long-term affordability, insurance stability, and climate resilience for residents.

Event attendees will:

• Learn about the HTF and proposed FORTIFIED Roof program strategies
• Provide feedback on program design, accessibility, and priorities
• Engage directly with program administrators and partners
• Help shape equitable and impactful housing investments in New Orleans

Session Options:

• Session 1: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Session 2: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Light breakfast will be provided for in-person attendees.

Registration Information:

• Each in-person session is limited to 50 attendees
• Once capacity is reached, in-person registration will close for these sessions

We encourage early registration to secure your preferred session.

Please Note: Both HTF FORTIFIED Roof Program listening sessions will cover the same presentation, discussion topics, and information. Attendees only need to register for one session.
