About this Event

Housing impacts far more than where a person lives.

It influences safety, stability, financial recovery, family well-being, employment opportunities, and long-term community success.

Janice's Women's Center invites you to join us for the official launch of the Arizona Housing, Safety & Stability Initiative and the introduction of the Arizona Housing, Safety & Stability Resource Guide, a first-of-its-kind educational curriculum designed to increase awareness around housing instability, family transitions, domestic violence awareness, ethical professional practice, community partnerships, and resource navigation.

This event brings together housing professionals, REALTORS®, brokers, property managers, lenders, attorneys, nonprofit leaders, advocates, community organizations, and policymakers to explore how housing professionals can play a meaningful role in strengthening communities while maintaining professionalism, ethics, and industry excellence.

Founded by Shante Saulsberry, domestic violence survivor, community advocate, and Founder of Janice's Women's Center, this initiative was developed through lived experience, community advocacy, and legislative engagement to address critical gaps in housing awareness and professional education.

Attendees will:

• Receive an introduction to the Arizona Housing, Safety & Stability Resource Guide

• Learn why housing stability is directly connected to safety, recovery, and community well-being

• Hear from guest speaker (Jenna Ghisolfo)

• Explore opportunities to support statewide educational outreach

• Network with professionals committed to creating stronger communities

• Learn how organizations can become founding supporters, sponsors, and community partners

This event marks the beginning of a statewide effort to place this educational resource into the hands of housing professionals, community organizations, policymakers, and future industry leaders throughout Arizona.

Together, we can strengthen awareness, improve outcomes, and create pathways toward safer and more stable communities.

Space is limited. Registration is required.
