Not just another event about the scarcity of affordable homes, Housing Forward Columbus will offer key decision-makers a rare opportunity to engage in candid discussions about how to make affordable feasible. This unique networking opportunity and expert panel presentation will provide insights that help design a more complete blueprint of what works – and what more could be done - to successfully build, finance, approve, support and operate affordable housing.

The evening will begin with a cocktail-style networking experience featuring appetizers, drinks, and exhibitor tables showcasing organizations and resources connected to housing and community development. Guests will then come together for a high-level panel discussion, “What Does It Actually Take to Build Affordable Housing in Central Ohio?” exploring the challenges, partnerships, and solutions that can help move projects from need to keys.

Housing Forward Columbus will also recognize Star House with the Housing Impact Award for its extraordinary work supporting young people experiencing homelessness, with a portion of event proceeds benefiting the organization.
