The Housing & Resource Fair will feature:
Community-based organizations and affordable housing providers offering resources, answering questions, and assisting with housing waitlists
Workshops:
-Building an ADU Workshop (11:00 AM-12:00 PM): Learn the basics of building an Accessory Dwelling Unit, including planning, costs, and how to get started
-First-Time Homeowner Workshop (12: 30 PM-1:30 PM): Presented by experts in affordable homeownership, lending, and first-time homebuyer programs.
-Live Spanish translation available!
-Food Trucks
