Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day 2026

It's time to clear out those unwanted household chemicals and hazardous materials! The City of Daytona Beach invites residents to participate in Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at the Public Works Facility, 950 Bellevue Ave.
This collection event provides Daytona Beach residents with an opportunity to safely dispose of household hazardous materials that should not be placed in regular trash or recycling bins.
Proper disposal helps protect our environment, waterways and community.
Accepted materials include fertilizers, solvents, lithium batteries, antifreeze, light bulbs, household chemicals, paint and paint thinners, propane tanks, pesticides and pool chemicals.
Please note: Proof of Daytona Beach residency is required. Fuel, gas cans, tires, lawn equipment and commercial hazardous waste will not be accepted.
Take advantage of this opportunity to clean out your garage, shed or storage areas while helping keep Daytona Beach clean and safe!
