Join us for an epic showdown as House Concepts and Kyle Vis partner to host the elite fitness competition, HYROX. This event will push your endurance, strength, and determination to the next level.

Who is Kyle Vis? Kyle is the Regional Manager of the Pacific Northwest for HYROX. He is a Level 1 HYROX coach who has competed in HYROX over 20 times. We are thrilled to have Kyle at House Concepts hosting our next HOUSE x HYROX Competition.

HYROX is a global fitness competition combining running with functional workout stations, designed to challenge athletes of all levels. For this event, participants will compete in a timed-race through 7 workout stations, including a 1K run. It’s a test of both mental and physical strength, and the perfect way to end the year on a high note.

Enjoy sounds by live DJ Icy Touch along with drinks sponsored by Celsius and refuel with protein bars by Barebells.

All heats are for duo spots. When you select a ticket, you are purchasing for both you and your partner.

Entry for Duo: $70 per team

• Heat 1 (Womens only) - 3:00pm
• Heat 2 (Mens only) - 3:30pm
• Heat 3 (Womens only) - 4:00pm
• Heat 4 (Mens only) - 4:30pm
• Heat 5 (Co-ed) - 5:00pm
• Heat 6 (Co-ed) - 5:30pm

About the Workout

This high intensity class will have you working to increase cardiovascular endurance and incorporating fast moving body-weight movements. The workout itself should not take longer then 45 minutes.

To finish the workout you must complete:

DUO-OPEN/PRO (Select your level upon arrival)

• 2k Run (1k Per Partner)
• 2000m Ski-Erg
• 200y Sled Push - 70lb/100lb
• 2000m Row
• Bench over Burpees - 75 reps
• Reverse Lunges - 75 reps 30lb/50lb
• Wall Balls - 75 reps 10lbs/14lbs
