By purchasing this ticket, you acknowledge and agree to all event terms, waivers, and conditions listed below.

1. Photography, Videography & Media Use

This event will be photographed, filmed, and recorded. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending, you give the organiser full permission to capture and use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance in photographs and videos for event coverage, marketing, promotions, advertising, social media, and future events, without compensation or prior approval. While reasonable efforts may be made, the organiser cannot guarantee exclusion from all media.

2. Alcohol, Environment & Assumption of Risk

Alcohol may be served at this event, and attendance may involve crowds, loud music, low lighting, and physical movement. By attending, you acknowledge these conditions and voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation. You are solely responsible for your own safety, actions, and alcohol consumption. The organiser and venue are not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage resulting from intoxication, unsafe behaviour, or personal negligence.

3. Strict No-Drugs Policy & Legal Compliance

The possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs or prohibited substances is strictly forbidden. By attending, you confirm that you will not bring or use any illegal substances and that you will comply fully with all applicable Singapore laws and regulations. You understand that Singapore enforces strict drug laws, and any violation may result in severe legal consequences. The organiser does not condone illegal substance use and accepts no liability for any breach of law by attendees.

4. Right of Admission, Search, Removal & Reservation Cancellation

The organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry, cancel reservations before the event, deny re-entry, or remove any attendee at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, cases of over-intoxication, disorderly or inappropriate behaviour, safety concerns, possession of prohibited items, or failure to follow venue rules, security instructions, or laws. No refunds will be provided in such cases. Bag checks and security screening may be conducted as required by the venue or authorities.

5. Conduct, Venue Rules & Acceptance of Terms

All attendees must follow venue policies, security procedures, staff instructions, and local laws at all times. Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated. By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, and that attendance is conditional upon full compliance.
