After serving on the Charter Commission, Debbie made the commitment to help successfully transition our City to its new government structure. Debbie has lived with her family in Sullivan's Gulch for over 40 years. Her children went to Portland Public Schools, including Grant and Benson High Schools. She is a small business champion and an active civic leader through extensive community volunteer roles. Her first priorities focus on housing, economic prosperity for all, public safety, and sustainability.
