House of Words is a monthly open mic created to celebrate the power of language, community, and radical self-expression. Inspired by ballroom culture and the houses that have long created spaces of belonging, House of Words invites artists of all backgrounds to gather, listen, and share.
Whether you're stepping onto the stage for the first time or have years behind the mic, there is a place for you here.
Expect an evening of: music, tears, poetry, comedy, performance, dance, and most importantly - community connection.
