The leading ladies of House of Kink are delighted to introduce Ottawa to a whole new event series called “No Boys Allowed” (NBA). NBA exclusive events are an opportunity for bi+ women and women-identifying individuals to authentically explore their curiosities. NBA events are dance parties with optional activities to help women/women-identifying folks interact, express their sensual and sexual selves, connect, and engage in erotic energy together. *Bi+ meaning catering to bi-sexual and bi-curious women and women-identifying individuals, but also inclusive of queer, pan, omni and other multisexual identities.
These dance events offer a safe environment for flirtation and playfulness without the feeling of pressure or predatory behaviour that can sometimes come from the male gaze. We welcome women and women-identifying folks from all backgrounds and of all body types at NBA events.
This first NBA event has a special theme: SLUMBER PARTY! Put on your sexiest sleepwear and come out to Charlotte where you will dance the night away to dreamy musical beats made by local women DJs - ALAMUSIC and MADISON.
There will be a number of mingling activities available to help you connect with others, including a bracelet-making station, a spin-the-bottle station, and a kinky hair play station.
Charlotte’s mixologists (all women) will also be whipping up a custom cocktail list just for our community.

We ask that you please carefully read the following before the event.
This event is for women and women-identifying individuals only. [Don't worry, more HoK parties that are open to everyone are coming soon]
Dress Code - Slumber party theme (though kinky/fetish attire is always welcome). If you are unsure of what to wear, please DM the HoK team.

Always ask for clear, enthusiastic and ongoing consent before any physical contact or activity.
Public sex and exposed genitals are not permitted on the premises.
Personal kinky tools/toys (e.g., whips, floggers) are not permitted at the event.
Personal photography: there will be a designated photography safe zone at the event. We ask that you only take photos in this area, to protect the privacy of other guests outside the event.
Professional photography: we will have a woman photographer at the event for a portion of the evening who will capture photos of consenting guests.
Support and assistance available: If you feel unsafe or someone is bothering you or have questions or concerns, please tell a HoK Team Member! Team members will be marked with glowing red armbands or you can report to the person at the door, who will connect you with an HoK Team Member.

MADISON is a rising force in Ottawa’s house music scene, proving she knows exactly how to make bodies move and booties shake on any dancefloor. Over the past few years, she’s been slaying the local scene, performing with a variety of Ottawa’s event collectives and rocking the decks at signature clubs like City at Night and 27 Club. This summer, she stepped onto the festival stage for the first time, delivering high-energy sets at Camp Summerdaze and Front Republic Music Festival. Effortlessly blending brooding basslines with ethereal, spacey melodies, MADISON likes to get deep, dark and dirty, sprinkled with a dash of funk. With every set, MADISON hopes to inspire a sonic exploration of the human condition, encouraging listeners to find catharsis, connection, and an undying spirit of rebellion.

ALAMUSIC is a Canadian DJ based in Ottawa, Ontario, known for her funky fusion of House music styles, including Afro, Deep, Tech, and Disco grooves. A resident DJ at Afterlight—Ottawa’s underground lounge & listening bar—she's also a key player behind Beyond City Beats, a fresh initiative designed to connect, inspire, and grow Ottawa's thriving underground dance music community.
ALAMUSIC has ignited dance floors across various venues and festivals. Highlights include performances at City at Night where she has opened for the likes of Chus, Sydney Blu, Karsten Sollors, SOSA UK and Return of the Jaded. This past summer, she performed at RBC Bluesfest in Ottawa with a 3-night residency at the Accora Village SPIN STAGE for the second consecutive year.
Beyond Ottawa, she’s spun at the Wiggle Room in Toronto, Why Not Rooftop Patio in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, and the Modern Agenda Showcase at ADE in Amsterdam. Her festival roster boasts appearances at Black Rabbit Campout, Front Republic and Gaia Fest in Quebec, Camp Wiggly and PHANTOMFEST near Toronto, and Electric Pines in Nova Scotia.
Her ultimate goal is to make people fall in love with music and experience the sheer joy of movement. She aims to take you on a musical journey, creating an irresistible urge to dance while inspiring a shared sense of connection on the dance floor.
