Join us at Drift for an exclusive evening with Casamigos Tequila and Mezcal, where craft cocktails meet curated coastal cuisine. This guided class and tasting will introduce you to the Casamigos portfolio through tequila- and mezcal-based cocktails, each thoughtfully paired with chef-prepared small plates that highlight the flavors of Mexico with a Drift twist.

Evening Flow:

• 5:00 PM – Check-in + Seating
• 5:30 PM – Guided pairing experience begins
• 8:00 PM – Evening concludes

• Casamigos Blanco Margarita 🌶️ → Taro hard shell Seabass Baja tacos
• Casamigos Reposado Paloma 🍊 → Tropical ceviche
• Casamiogs Añejo Old Fashioned 🥃 → Bacon-wrapped scallops with Casamigos Añejo maple syrup
• Casamigos Mezcal Espresso Martini ☕ → Mexican ice cream affogato

Each cocktail will be served alongside a small pour of the featured tequila or mezcal, allowing you to taste the spirit on its own before experiencing it in a crafted cocktail.

Our chef will guide you through the food pairings, explaining the inspiration and flavor connections behind each dish.

The evening also showcases Casamigos Añejo-infused recipes, giving you a deeper appreciation for this refined style of tequila.
