Seven days after the glitter and gold has settled, we slow it all the way down—then let it rise again.

This is an all-levels mat yoga flow set to immersive world house and deep house, bathed in soft light and shared energy. A 50-minute guided practice designed to open the body, steady the breath, and reconnect you to movement that feels good—followed by space to stay, move, and dance as the music continues.

Sonetto provides the live soundtrack for the flow, drawing from the emotive, expansive sounds of Rüfüs Du Sol, Ben Böhmer, and Emmit Fenn—music that inspires, uplifts, and fuels intuitive movement.

The class is led by Caroline Chiesa, whose teaching blends strength, softness, and deep musical sensitivity. Expect a thoughtful warm-up, steady flow, moments of grounding, and a practice that welcomes you exactly as you are.

After yoga, the lights stay on and the bar opens—cacao, a limited selection of wine and prosecco, and THC seltzers available for purchase as the night gently unfolds.
