This exclusive evening will feature Ed Carr, Chief Winemaker of House of Arras, Australia’s most awarded sparkling wine producer.Hosted by Ed Carr and Philip Dunne, Group Sommelier of The Doyle Collection, guests will be guided through a curated selection of House of Arras’s acclaimed Tasmanian sparkling wines. Each wine will be paired with a five-course tasting menu crafted by WILDE’s Executive Chef Sandeep Singh and his team, designed to complement the elegance and complexity of the wines.
With 140 trophies and over 370 gold medals, House of Arras stands as a benchmark in Australian sparkling wine, and Ed Carr is celebrated as the country’s most awarded sparkling winemaker.
