Sooooo....do you like Iowa Hawkeyes football? do you also like HOUSE MUSIC? well have we got just the thing for you!! oh yeaahhhh!! how bout an iowa hawkeyes home opener afterparty out on the patio at Old Neighborhood Pub on saturday september 5 right after they beat the NIU Huskies! Nothing better than a Hawks win and a proper celebration with some awesome house music to kick off the 2026 season! We got our good pal DARKSTROBELIGHT getting in the house groove with us as our special guest DJ this time around!
and in the odd chance the hawkeyes lose, well now heres the perfect way to shake off the L and still have an absolute blast!
now heres the really important part>>
we will once again be taking donations to help out live music, the arts and the community in the form of either a $5 contribution or a food pantry donation for Mission of Hope Cedar Rapids!
AND heres the FUN part>>
your donation will get you entered into a drawing for an Old Neighborhood Pub Gift Card!! I dont know if you know buuuuut ONP has some of the best food and one of the best beer selections in Cedar Rapids!! Its a win-win because contributing to better the community is awesome and it feels pretty good so you still win even if you arent selected in the drawing!
