So we're changing things up in 2026.

Welcome to the House Hacking Workshop series — same team, same energy, but now we're going deeper into the topics you've been asking us to cover.

Real deal deep dives - We're workshopping an actual closed transaction. First-time buyer who used down payment assistance to purchase a duplex and house hack it. We'll also look at a straight investor deal who put 25% down. (YES investor deals are still out there). We'll walk through the entire deal: how they found it, how they structured the financing, what the numbers look like.

Interactive format - This isn't us talking at you. Bring your questions. Bring deals you're looking at. We'll workshop them together.

Topic-focused sessions - Each workshop tackles a specific strategy or challenge. This month: creative financing & negotiation tips that are working in the current market, and why NOW is the right time to land that deal before the spring competition heats up

Smaller groups, better conversations - We're keeping these workshops intentionally smaller than our big meetups so everyone can participate.

We're walking through a real duplex house hack and an investor four plex that both closed Q4. We'll break down:

• How they found the deals
• The creative financing structures
• What Troy did on the lending side to make it pencil
• Current cash flow and exit strategy
• What you can replicate from this approach

7:15 - 8:00 PM - Open Workshop + Networking
