TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

TICKETS & ADMISSION

• This is a 21+ event. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.

• Every guest must possess a valid ticket unless otherwise authorized by House H.

• Tickets are valid only for the event date listed.

• Entry is subject to venue capacity, security screening, venue policies, and House H event policies.

• Possession of a ticket does not guarantee immediate entry.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

• No refunds, exchanges, transfers, credits, or cancellations will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, travel delays, weather conditions, venue changes, performer or DJ lineup changes, personal circumstances, denied entry due to policy violations, or failure to attend.

RIGHT OF ADMISSION

House H and Lost DTLA reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any guest at their sole discretion in accordance with applicable laws and venue policies. Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

• Failure to comply with the dress code

• Intoxication or suspected impairment

• Disorderly, aggressive, threatening, or disruptive behavior

• Harassment or inappropriate conduct toward guests or staff

• Possession of prohibited or illegal items

• Use of fraudulent, duplicated, altered, or invalid tickets

• Failure to present valid government-issued identification

• Conduct deemed to compromise the safety, security, reputation, or overall guest experience Guests denied entry or removed from the event will not receive a refund, exchange, credit, or compensation.

DRESS CODE POLICY

House H is an elevated hospitality experience. Athletic wear, gym attire, basketball shorts, flip-flops, slides, workwear, excessively casual clothing, offensive graphics, or attire deemed inappropriate by management may result in denied entry. Final dress code decisions remain at the sole discretion of House H and venue management.

PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & MEDIA RELEASE

By entering the event, you acknowledge and consent to photography, videography, livestreaming, audio recording, and other media capture throughout the event. You grant House H, Lost DTLA, event partners, photographers, videographers, sponsors, affiliates, media partners, and promotional agencies the unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to capture, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise use your name, likeness, image, voice, appearance, and recordings for promotional, advertising, editorial, marketing, social media, commercial, and archival purposes without notice, approval, or compensation.

VIP TABLE RESERVATIONS

• VIP table reservations are subject to applicable minimum spend requirements.

• Reservation deposits and booking fees are non-refundable.

• Bottle selections and inventory are subject to venue availability.

SECURITY

For the safety of all guests:

• Security screening is required.

• Bags and personal belongings may be searched.

• Weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, and prohibited items are strictly prohibited.

• Guests who refuse security screening or fail to comply with security procedures may be denied entry without refund.

ALCOHOL POLICY

Alcohol will only be served to guests who are of legal drinking age and present valid identification. House H and venue staff reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest at any time. Please drink responsibly.

CODE OF CONDUCT

House H is committed to providing a safe, respectful, inclusive, and elevated environment for all guests. Harassment, discrimination, violence, threats, vandalism, unsafe behavior, or conduct that negatively impacts other guests, staff, performers, or venue operations may result in immediate removal without refund and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

EVENT CHANGES

House H reserves the right to modify event details without prior notice, including but not limited to:

• DJs and entertainment

• Event schedule

• Venue layout

• Operating hours

• Production elements

• Special guests

• Programming Such modifications do not constitute grounds for a refund.

WEATHER

This event will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise announced by House H. Weather-related delays, schedule adjustments, or modifications do not qualify for refunds.

PERSONAL PROPERTY & LIABILITY

Guests attend this event at their own risk. House H, Lost DTLA, venue operators, affiliates, sponsors, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property or for personal injury, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Guests remain solely responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The House H name, logos, branding, event concepts, artwork, photography, videos, promotional materials, and all related intellectual property are owned by House H or used with permission. No commercial use, reproduction, recording for commercial purposes, distribution, or republication is permitted without prior written consent from House H.

FORCE MAJEURE

House H shall not be liable for delays, postponements, modifications, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, labor disputes, civil unrest, utility failures, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen events.

PRIVACY

Information collected through ticket purchases, registrations, and event participation may be used by House H to administer the event, communicate important event updates, provide customer support, and share future House H events, announcements, and promotions where permitted by applicable law.
