Step into the world of House Dance with a deeper experience designed to build rhythm, confidence, and connection.Hour 1 - Groove, Rhythm & Social Dance We'll start by grounding ourselves in the essence of House-learning how to ride the music, feel the groove, and connect with others through social dance.
Hour 2 - Footwork Foundations Next, we'll explore essential House Dance steps and variations, building strong foundations while discovering how to combine technique with flow.
Hour 3 - Open Freestyle Session We'll close with guided freestyle, giving you the space to explore, apply what you've learned, and express your own voice in the dance.
Whether you're just starting or already experienced, this workshop is a chance to sweat, connect, and discover the freedom that House Dance brings. DJ Herbieluv from The Decompression Session will be here to bless us with his music!
You can attend barefoot or please bring shoes you only wear inside to protect your feet as well as our dance floor!
