HotRods 'N Helos Sponsor Vendor Sign-Ups

Place your brand in front of tens of thousands in an iconic beachfront setting in the OC. Huntington Beach is a target rich area for all things automotive, especially HotRods, Muscle Cars, Customs, Classics, and now, Helicopters! Our event is free to the spectating public, and is a come one, come all fun day which also includes live music on the main stage, numerous food vendors, and more! HotRods ‘N Helos benefits the Huntington Beach Police Officers’ Foundation, which is dedicated to supporting programs that are designed to increase the effectiveness of law enforcement, and to provide aid and support to members of the broader Huntington Beach community, to support the physical or mental health and wellbeing of the employees of the Huntington Beach Police Department and their families, and to provide aid and support to members of the broader law enforcement community that have suffered a death, serious injury or illness or catastrophic event.

Title Sponsor – $15k – Event named and branded “HotRods ‘N Helos presented by x” on all advertising, website, digital media, and public announcements during the event. Largest logo placed at the top on the website sponsor list. Exclusivity and first right of refusal for Title Sponsorship in 2025. Exclusive activation space up to 20x40. 10 Beer Garden tickets which each include 2 beers, burger, sodas/water, snacks (21 years old and above only). 6 tickets to the limited Helo Fly In Viewing Party on Saturday, April 20th. Opportunity to take the entertainment stage for a brief interview with MC. 1 custom graphic announcing sponsorship on HotRods ‘N Helos social media channels. 2 dedicated posts per month for your brand through 1 month after event end. Helo Fly In Viewing Party Sponsor - Saturday, April 20th - $8k – Event named “HotRods ‘N Helos Fly In Viewing Party presented by x” on all advertising, website, digital media, and public announcements during the event. Logo on website sponsor list. You’ll own the only event for Saturday. Opportunity to provide your own branding within the Landing Party space at Offshore9 Rooftop Lounge at the Hilton Waterfront Resort to include banners, flags, table items, giveaways, displays, up to 3 cars in the Valet area. 8 Helo Fly In Viewing Party tickets. 4 Beer Garden tickets for the Sunday, April 21st. Each ticket includes 2 beers, burger, soda/water, snacks (21 years and above only). 1 custom graphic announcing sponsorship on HotRods ‘N Helos social media channels. This is a come one, come all spectator free event drawing HotRod and Classic Car fans from our locals to beyond the OC. You can expect over 200 cars to include HotRods, Classics, Customs, Modern and Classic Muscle, as well as several impressive modern marvels of air helicopters.
