Hotel California will perform their spectacular show at The Tivoli Theatre on Saturday 25th October that gives you a concert experience of 100 minutes of pure Eagles nostalgia.

You’ll return to a dark desert highway, cool wind in your hair, or stand on that street corner in Winslow, Arizona when you join Hotel California as they faithfully re-create The Eagles and their Californian Sunshine Rock sound.

Expect a set that includes tracks from the outstanding Long Road Out Of Eden album. The Eagles’ music is timeless, appealing to audiences of every age, bringing back memories and touching the hearts and souls of each new generation.

This concert promises to be a fantastic night to remember for all Eagles fans, young and old, new or long-standing.

What are the timings?

Doors open at 19:00. Show starts at 19:30.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

14+. ID may be asked for. Over 18's only permitted in the bar area.

Is there a bar?

The bar will be open pre-show, at half time interval and at the end of the performance.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes. Tickets will be scanned at the door.

Can I update my registration information?

No.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can bring your printed ticket or an eticket as send to you via email. All tickets will be scanned at the door.

What is the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser in which case refunds will be made via Eventbrite.

Changes in COVID rules may cause the event to be cancelled at the last minute. Thank you for your understanding if this happens. We're trying our best to get everything back up and running again.

I am infirm or a wheelchair user. What arrangements are there to accommodate me?

The Tivoli is an 1872 Victorian theatre that is A Listed. When you visit any part of the building you will encounter stairs and unfortunately we have no lift access. We advise all our customers that if stairs are problematic we recommend that you sit in the Stalls with rows A – E with seats numbers 12-21 closest to the entrance. There are also accessible toilets nearby. If you need assistance please call the theatre and arrive 30 minutes before the show starts and we will be delighted to help. We do not recommend purchasing seats for any of the other levels or boxes if stairs are a problem.

Wheelchair Access Policy - The Tivoli has one stair climber that is suitable for use with most non electric wheelchairs. The stair climber will lift a person in their wheelchair into the auditorium with help from our Front of House team. Due to fire regulations we can only use the stair climber for one person per performance, as only one person can use it should an evacuation occur. Please advise us in advance if you require the stair climber and arrive at the Tivoli 15 minutes before the main doors open. The entrance for the stair climber is the door closest to Stirling Street and the doors open directly into auditorium. We will meet you at the front door of the Tivoli and use of the stair climber is on a first come first served basis which must be organised in advance to accommodate.

The Tivoli has 3 wheelchair accessible spaces in total in the Stalls, these are removable seats, sold on a first come first served basis or we can store a wheelchair. These are for customers in wheelchairs who can be helped / lifted up some steps within the theatre, or who can manage some stairs with help. The Tivoli is an A Listed Victorian building and we are doing our very best to make it accessible for theatre goers in 2017. We will always do what we can to help.

It is important that if you are a wheelchair user and you book to see a show at the Tivoli to call in advance so we can ensure you are in the auditorium and ready to enjoy the show in plenty of time.
