Janet Bernson a.k.a. the Healing Artist, guides you through expressive arts exercises. Create your “Trash Selfie” and come away with new insights about your life and how to embrace sacred change! Participants will create a trash selfie while learning to embrace change, gain effective tools for healing body, mind and spirit in a supportive environment and take home an amazing creation!
