Our summers may be hot and humid, but you can still have a productive and attractive edible garden if you know the right things to grow. There are a lot of vegetables that thrive in our subtropical summer. Some you already know. Others from around the world may be unfamiliar now, but will soon make their way onto your menu of favorites.
