MEET THE COMICS: HIMANSU PATEL (@himansucomedy)

Originally from Montreal, Himansu Patel has been performing stand up comedy for the last seven years and thoroughly enjoys making audiences from all backgrounds laugh.

He discovered his love for stand up at an early age however it was only until when he worked for Just for Laughs during its festival season, that he decided to give stand up a ‘try’ by enrolling in Second City’s Stand Up Comedy program in 2017.
With a personal and observational style of comedy - Himansu shares his funny takes from being a single Dad, relationships, working corporate, growing up in an Indian household, to stories from the everyday.
Currently, Himansu performs all over the city, has toured throughout Canada, and performed at reputable comedy clubs such as the Comedy Nest in Montreal, The Funny Bone in Orlando, Yuk Yuk’s in Toronto, to the renowned Broadway Comedy Club in New York City.

MEET THE COMICS: STEPH NEALE (@stephbabyneale)

Steph Neale is a stand-up comedian and actor based out of Toronto.

She recently recorded her debut stand up album at The Corner Comedy Club - which is due to come out in September. Steph hosts a weekly podcast called The Mommy Daddy Podcast, and has been featured on Sirius XM and just headlined the London Comedy Festival. Steph voiced the character of Marjorie in the animated series 'Cheese Toastie' Brain Monster, as well as Polly in Metrafilm's upcoming feature 'Tied Up'.

MEET THE COMICS: KERBY DARIUS (@kerbydarius)

Kerby Dariusis a comedian/writer/actor born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He began his stand up career in Toronto and quickly became known for his smart, off balanced approach to comedy and rapidly gained the respect of the other comics in the city.

In his young career, Kerby has performed in some of the biggest Comedy clubs across the US, Canada, & England. He has also participated in many comedy festivals, including winning the 2016 Chicago Snub Festival and winning Next Best Comic at the 2018 Windsor Comedy Festival. Kerby is a frequent guest on John Fugelsang's "Tell Me Everything" on Sirius XM and is a contributor for The Onion.

Alex DeWitt is a stand up coming, actor and filmmaker from Toronto.

With a sizeable following on social media, his hilarious and versatile brand has been growing throughout Canada and the United States.

MEET THE COMICS: NITISH SAKHUJA (@nittysak) - HEADLINER

Nitish Sakhuja who’s mantra reigns, funny over everything, is one of Canada’s funniest, up and coming comedians on the scene today.

Born and raised in Toronto, a second generation Indian-Canadian with a love for comedy, Nitish made his name first as the funny guy on the block.

He quickly established himself as a comedian by winning a few Funniest Comic Competitions in his first two months as a stand up.

More than 13 years later, Nitish has become a crowd favourite everywhere he performs.

He recently made his debut as one of the New Faces of Comedy at the prestigious Just For Laugh festival, performed at the Winnipeg Comedy Festival, and recently returned from The Melbourne International Comedy Festival in Australia.
