HOT SPELL is a four piece hard rock band from Ladner, BC Canada. Formed in 2022, this group of individual powerhouses quickly morphed into an absolute unit covering the likes of Deep Purple, Van Halen, Black Sabbath and RUSH. Their original songs, inspired by the legends they covered, merge electric riffs and melodic rhythm with powerful vocals creating a sound that will easily have you caught in a Hot Spell.THE STARLING EFFECT merges wiry post-punk with gauzy shoegaze and a healthy dose of ‘90s alt-rock. Many effects pedals are involved.
