HOT MOM WALK: Mother’s Day Reset

Hot Moms Walk Club is a space to move, reflect and spend a few hours in community, just being you.

We’ll meet at the café to ease into the day, connect and take a few minutes for ourselves before heading out for a relaxed walk. From there, we’ll move into a short, but spicy workout.

Then we’ll come back together for a guided journaling session: “A soft place to land” is a moment to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself. You’ll have time to connect and enjoy a small self care moment with Johanna, a fellow mom from More Than Your Body, a local organic skincare brand, who will be present with products to spoil us.

Finally, were heading into a delicious brunch together where, for once, your coffee might still be warm 😌 (paid separately)

This event is centering moms and is open to all FLINTA who feel at home in this kind of space.

You don’t need to be “fit” or experienced, just come as you are ✨

Kids & Family

Feel free to bring your kids 💕There’s no childcare provided, but we’re keeping things flexible and relaxed (we all know the hustle 😂)

If you have a partner or someone who wants to stay nearby with the kids, there are several playgrounds and a park right opposite the café (including a large sports area with basketball, football, volleyball, table tennis, skating and more). So you can still take part, while your little ones are close by. This is your sign to take a break, even if it’s just for a few hours 🫶🏽
