Join us for Valentines 2026 (READ ALL OF THIS:)

Mohawk Steel & Glass welcomes you to our Hot Glass Dinner Party!! Couples will have the choice of making a bowl, vase, flower or heart. (1 Item per Couple)

Chef Morgan Rummage of Petunias has planned a beautiful menu. (Menu at Bottom)

Each night 18 Couples will Blow Glass and have Dinner prepared on site.

This BYOB event also includes Bonfire, Live Music by Grits & Greens, and the talented Photographer Carl Michael.

THURSDAY & FRIDAY NIGHT:

Thursday & Friday night will be our Classic Valentines Experience as explained above, Saturday night however... get ready! All of the above and then some!

SATURDAY Night FOOD FIGHT!!! You know you’ve always wanted to... Its our 10th Anniversary at Mohawk Steel & Glass and we have planned something bucket list worthy! SATURDAY NIGHT ONLY- Enjoy a lovely meal and evening of Glassblowing- then don your poncho and faceshield/goggles (All Provided) and join us outside as your 5gallon Bucket of Mashed Potatoes is served (1per Couple). If you have ever seen Hook with Rufio and the Lost Boys food Fight... welcome to the party:)

Note on Saturday Night Food Fight: Gentlemen you still need to dress decent, your shoes will be uncovered but even fancy hair should be fine in our hooded poncho and face shield for the ladies. The Pictures will be awesome! It will be at the end of the night: bringing a towel for the ride home might be best. We’ve never done this either😂 (Weather Permitting…ugh I hate to imagine freezing temps but if its not nice weather we will switch to spaghetti and stay inside.

We have Re.Imagined our studio this year to include a beautiful gallery, new bathrooms and more room to play with glass and a few more surprises.

We are Running 2 Furnaces this year! Parties begin at 5:30 and go till 9+. Available dates are February 12,13,14 of 2026.

Price per Couple is $335. (1 Deposit Per Couple)

To hold your spot: $100 Food Deposit Paid Now (EventBrite fee is $8.55 & Due that night is the remaining $235.

If you have a big group, you can text me so we put all of you together in one night. Think of this as your private restaurant with no wait.

We reserve the right to WOW you, I’d rather not explain every surprise. This is our favorite event of the year!

Glass will need to cool until the next day, it will be ready by 4pm the following day. No Pick Up after 6pm, another party will have started.

Course 1

Shareable charcuterie

-Pork Belly Burnt Ends, cheeses, pickled veggies, citrus and pomegranate salad

Course 2

Curried Coconut Apple Carrot Soup

- Thick, hearty, creamed soup, has a mild spice

Course 3 main

Smoked Prime Rib (horseradish sauce on side)

Seafood risotto, roasted prawn topped

Green beans, sautéed

Course 4

Dark Chocolate Cobbler

-with a Baileys Irish Cream whipped cream , a fresh raspberry and mint leaf to garnish
