Mohawk Steel & Glass welcomes you to our Hot Glass Dinner Party!!

Chef Morgan Rummage of Petunias has planned a beautiful menu.

Course 1: Shareable Charcuterie (1 per couple)

⁃ Citrus & Feta Salad

⁃ Caprese Salad

⁃ Pickled Veggies

⁃ Porky Bell Burnt Ends

⁃ Assorted Cheeses, cured meats

Course 2: Parsnip & Potato Soup

⁃ A creamy purée of Parsnip, Potato, and Leek, topped with caramelized onion and crispy pancetta, served with crostini

Course 3: Prime Rib

Prime Rib, smoked and rested, seared on sight, sliced to order.

Served with spiced, brown sugar roasted carrots & smoked green beans

⁃ A Red Wine “gravy” and a traditional horseradish sauce to be served table-side

Course 4: Dessert

Traditional Dark Rum Flambé : Bananas Foster

Or Seasonal Berry compote : Both served over vanilla Ice cream

(Option for non red meat eaters, smoked chicken breast sliced to plate, Cajun butter sauce topped)Each night 20 Couples will Blow Glass and have Dinner prepared on site.

This BYOB event also includes Bonfire, Live Music and the talented Photographer Carl Michael.

We have Re.Imagined our studio this year to include a beautiful gallery, new bathrooms and more room to play with glass. We are Running 2 Furnaces this year! Parties begin at 6 and go till 9. Available dates are February 14 & 15 of 2025.

Price per Couple is $325. (1 Deposit Per Couple)

To hold your spot: $100 Food Deposit Paid Now & Due that night is the remaining $225.

Participants will have the choice of making a bowl, vase or flower. We recommend this years floppy bowl 👍🏻

If you have a big group, you can text me so we put all of you together in one night. Think of this as your private restaurant with no wait.
