Create Your Own Hot Chocolate Blend in Our Chocolate Lab and Discover the Origins of Drinking Chocolate

Learn where drinking chocolate comes from and how it evolved into today’s beloved hot chocolate in Switzerland. Together, we’ll trace the journey of drinking chocolate—from the cacao bean to the steaming cup in your hands.

You’ll gain insight into the different methods of making drinking chocolate and taste your way through a variety of specialty hot chocolates from Garçoa Chocoalte. At the end, you’ll create your very own custom blend to take home with you. Whether it's pure and simple, inspired by the Mayans, or entirely your own creation.
