This class follows the architecture and principles of the Baptiste Journey into Power sequence. This sequence is, by design, an access to power, vitality and freedom and contains 53 poses (asanas) that are linked together by connective momentum. This class moves fast. It is recommended that students who take this class have a firm understanding of yoga postures.
