Abbey Arts presents: Hot and Bothered Podcast Tour
Event Description:
Do you love rom-coms but worry about how they might have impacted you? Every week on Hot and Bothered , Podcaster Vanessa Zoltan and Media Studies Professor Hannah McGregor (two people who LOVE rom-coms) dive deep into the world of romantic films to unravel how these beloved stories shape our culture and influence our lives. On September 8th, we're thrilled to invite you to our first-ever live episode, where we'll celebrate the 25th anniversary of the 1999 rom-com classic, Notting Hill. Join us for an evening filled with laughter and lively discussion as we explore iconic clips, marvel at Hugh Grant's unforgettable hair, and dissect the irresistible allure of celebrity-meets-ordinary-person love stories. Whether you're a die-hard fan or a curious critic, this event promises to be a delightful and nerdy experience you won't want to miss! We can't wait to see you there for a night of film fun and insightful conversation!
