***It is standard that anyone volunteering in any hot-air balloon experience sign a waiver. Before confirming to purchase a ticket, please read through the LIABILITY WAIVER with this clickable and only agree to the terms by moving forward with a purchase. A physical copy will also be provided to each participant/guardian to sign at the door.

ABOUT THE SOUND BATH: This will be a one hour experience - The first few minutes will be a guided body scan meditation combined with a gentle breath work for all levels to ground the body and mind - followed by the sound of healing instruments, allowing for the medicine of vibration to work through the subtle bodies.

Instruments include: Quarts Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Gong, Drum and Rattles, Rain Stick, Ocean Drum, Chimes and more.

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH: A sound bath is a natural healing modality that relaxes the body, soothes the mind, and clears out negative energy. The various tones of the instruments are tuned to the love frequency of 432HZ which allow for a more calming theta brain wave pattern and regulated parasympathetic nervous system responsible for rest and digest. Classes will be focused on entering a deeper state of relaxation so that the physical and emotional blockages can be released. Meditation improves performance, mental clarity, and sleep. Stack this relaxation concert in your routine as a cool down, restorative day, or gentle mental health day. Through this intentional practice you will come into alignment attracting your highest good and overall health.

Although these are common benefits, different people react to sound baths in different ways. For example, one person might feel especially relaxed, while another might feel a boost of energy. You are encouraged to take in this sound journey however you wish to receive. A small 2014 study found that people exposed to 15 minutes of either repetitive drumming or instrumental meditation music while lying down experienced a decrease in their levels of cortisol, a stress hormone.

HOW TO PREPARE:

* This is an all ages event.

* Pack a yoga mat, a few blankets, hat, pillow, eye mask, water bottle, sunblock, etc. Whatever props and bolsters you may need to make it a comfortable experience for the one hour sound bath. Large fans will be blowing, so bring extra layers if you run cold.
