Crescent Rotary Club of Greensboro serves dinner to guests at Greensboro Urban Ministry’s Weaver House shelter on the second Monday of each month, providing a hot, sit-down evening meal in a welcoming setting.
Volunteers arrive at 6:00 pm to set tables, serve food, and help with cleanup, working directly with guests throughout the evening.
Members consistently report that serving at Weaver House is one of the club’s most impactful and meaningful hands-on service opportunities, offering a tangible way to support neighbors experiencing homelessness while building deeper fellowship within the club.
