Interested in Nordic Walking or just want to walk on a flat surface to get your steps in? Come and join us for free, weekly Nordic Walking sessions on the indoor track at the new Pembroke Community Center. It's a great way to become familiar with the techniques of Nordic Walking and to socialize with other walkers. If you don't have trekking poles, there is a set of poles available to borrow at the front desk. Trekking poles are also available to purchase from Nordic Walking United for $35.00.
