Host Club Tea in Music Room 3

The DFW Host Club presents an afternoon of extravagance at our newest event: Host Club Tea in Music Room 3!

At this exclusive 2-hour event, you can sip the finest of teas and dine on delectable hors d'oeuvres and desserts amongst your fellow princes and princesses... oh, and the Ouran Host Club of course!

Enjoy the company of your favorite hosts and get the chance to win lovely prizes just for attending! We will also have exclusive photo ops, merchandise, and unique experiences available as well from a wide menu of delightful options to make all of your Host Club Dreams come true!

Your ticket includes one formal Host Club invitation and small photo print as commemorative souvenirs, and full high tea service as provided by Edith's French Bistro. As a note, anyone with dietary restrictions (vegetarian and gluten-free options are available) must purchase their tickets by SATURDAY, MARCH 5, 2022 in order for us to accommodate.

For your attire, we would love to see our guests in their "Sunday best"! In this case, we mean...

Formal cosplays, Lolita, or just your favorite suit or cocktail dress is encouraged! Coming fashionably dressed in general is just a good look!

Additionally, while you may indeed wear any men's or women's Ouran High School Uniform to the event, we require you do not cosplay any of the characters to the event for the safety of our guests.

We wish for our guests to be able to distinguish a staff member from another patron in the event they need to flag down a Host Club member for assistance. We reserve the right to ask guests to change or remove pieces of a cosplay if they show up as a character , or turn uncooperative guests away at the door. Cosplaying your OCs or other characters from other anime in Host Club attire is perfectly fine!

Attendees 16 or older may attend without a guardian, however, anyone below that age must have a guardian present at the event.

IN REGARD TO OUR COVID-19 POLICIES:

All individuals who purchase tickets must be able to provide the following at the door day of the event:

- Vaccination card (2nd Dose), or single dose of J&J. A digital picture/copy on your phone is acceptable.

OR

- Negative COVID-19 test results 2 days prior to the event

Masks are required when entering building and while leaving table for any reason (such as going to use the bathroom). Brief demasking for pictures/photo ops is also allowed. If you are showing symptoms of COVID-19, the DFW Host Club reserves the right to ask you to leave.

ADDITIONAL RULES:

1. Please treat our guests and actors respectfully. This includes inappropriate language and conversations to actors and guests, touching without permission, etc.

2. Please treat the event space respectfully. Do not touch fixtures, mishandle cafe property, etc.

3. Treat the cafe staff courteously. They are working hard to prepare our food and make the event magical.

This event is a timed event, to which your meal will be served over the course of two hours. You MUST arrive on time by 2:30. This ensures you are checked in and seated for the event.

Please follow the guidelines below to ensure you arrive on time and are seated swiftly.

- Parking at the Boardwalk is FREE. However, weekends are busy and you might have a hard time locating parking. Make sure to arrive before 2:30 to have time to find parking.

- There will be a check-in station. Please line up and have the following prepared: Eventbrite ticket/QR Code, ID, and Vaccination Card or Negative COVID-19 test result.

- We will scan you in as well as provide you with a sticker for your pronouns. Once you've been scanned, you'll be able to head on inside and will be seated by a host or other staff member. Please try to arrive with your entire party.

- Doors close at 3:15. Due to the nature of the event, if you have not arrived by then, you will be unable to attend.

-TICKETS CANNOT BE PURCHASED AT THE DOOR. You must purchase your ticket in advance!

The DFW Host Club is run by a group of local indie talent that range from voice actors to game designers. Our mission is to bring anime lovers the fantastical experience that only the unique characters of Ouran High School Host Club can provide in the form of convention panels and extraordinary events!
