Hospice Harmonisers and Del Mondo

We would like to invite you to attend a collaborative event featuring the Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice Community Choir, the Hospice Harmonisers, and Big Noise’s Del Mondo Adult Community Orchestra.

We are delighted to welcome Del Mondo to the hospice to perform a programme of songs.

Del Mondo is the Community Orchestra of Big Noise Govanhill, a music education and social change programme based in Govanhill, Glasgow. The adult orchestra meets weekly on Tuesdays and regularly performs at community events. Free lessons are available on some instruments, and beginners are very welcome.

The event will take place in the Education Suite at the hospice on Thursday 26 February, starting at 5pm. The evening will also mark one year since our Hospice Community Choir was founded.

We will begin with some food and time to mingle, followed by a performance from Del Mondo. The evening will then conclude with a joint choir singing session, with Del Mondo joining in on their instruments. All attendees are warmly invited to take part in the singing.

This is a lovely opportunity to bring a friend or family member along for a relaxed evening, learn more about the choir, and enjoy wonderful live music from Del Mondo.
