Kicking off a Tale of 4 Gamers style event for the Horus Heresy, this one starts with Commanders, or more specifically, Line Officers you get to customize a bit more than normal, as well as their retinues.
This will involve adding some custom rules to your commander, details to follow, but that doesn't stop you working on it now! In broad strokes you'll use the stat block of a 'Lieutenant' level character for your faction, and then customize a few of their stats using a rubric, while adding a Consul ability.

For the first event gathering, on August 17th, we'll play a couple of small arena games of 500 points, but mainly to show off what we're started (And maybe take a few glam shots). Top awards for the day will be Best Painted, Best Conversion, and Best Background.
