Horses: What’s, Why’s & How’s | Equine Education Workshop
Join Affinity Ranch this August for Horses: What’s, Why’s & How’s, an engaging educational workshop designed for anyone who wants to build a deeper understanding of horses.
Whether you’re a current volunteer, a horse owner, considering volunteering, or simply interested in learning more about these incredible animals, this course will provide practical knowledge you can use both at the ranch and beyond.
Throughout this 16-hour workshop, you’ll explore:
🐴 Equine behavior and communication
🐴 Understanding horse body language
🐴 Safe handling and horse care
🐴 The “why” behind common ranch practices
🐴 Building trust and confidence with horses
The course will be taught by Adaptive Riding Instructor Tricia Plattner, who brings years of experience working with horses and helping others develop confidence around them.
