These workshops center around activities with the horses at liberty and will focus on learning about how mindfulness techniques can help us to live in the present and capture moments of joy daily.* Held the third Monday of each month from 5:30pm – 7:00pm.
* Located in the barn at Hestóvin Stables.
* Appropriate for ages 17 and up.
* Maximum of 10 spots available per workshop.
* Cost is $50 per person.
* All activities are unmounted and taught by a certified EAL instructor.
