Join us for a magical afternoon, connecting with earth, nature, self, yogis, and majestic horses! We will start with a practice of breathwork and basic poses inside the arena with the horses. We will then have time to groom and breathe with your horse to build a bond before you are guided through a basic yoga practice beside and then on your horse. We will close with a cleansing, therapeutic sound bath with the horses in the arena followed by light refreshments. Bring your mat, water, and a towel to put under your mat (optional). Wear comfy clothes you can move in with tennis shoes or boots that you can take off and put on quickly, and come prepared to reset your nervous system, get grounded and centered, and feel truly connected with the universe! This will be a beginner-friendly event.
These therapeutic horses have much experience and limited carrying capacity, so we ask that you honor a rider weight cap of 220 lbs. Thank you ??
