We offer summer horseback riding camp for ages 6-14 at our Raleigh, NC barn.Our Camp weeks follow Wake County Schools' Traditional Calendar, Summer break.
Both full-day and half-day camp options are available. We recommend that campers ages 6 and 7 participate in a half-day camp.
Campers are sorted into riding groups based on riding ability. Campers ride once per day.
Campers do not need prior horseback riding experience to participate in our summer horseback riding camp. Our summer camp focuses on teaching campers the basics of horse care, including grooming, tacking, post-ride care, and beginning horseback-riding skills.
Riding lessons at summer camp will include both ring and trail riding.
When campers aren’t riding, they can enjoy swimming in our on-site pool (with a certified lifeguard supervising), learning additional horsemanship skills, and working on a variety of crafts and games.
