The Horse Medicine Dance will be led by Jade Elliott of Sparkle Space and held at St. Luke’s Church on the Ave. This beautiful offering will begin with a grounding practice to help us arrive fully in our bodies and connect with our breath. From a place of centered awareness, the musical journey will blossom, guiding us through an experience that encourages free movement, exploration, presence, connection, playfulness, and open vocalization.
Our evening will end with a magical sound bath, led by Harmony Works. Together we will bathe in enchanting healing vibrations, that will guide us to a space of deep relaxation, deep presence, and deep listening, to connect us to our inner wisdom and the true melody of our soul.
This is a judgment free, compassionate space intended to allow people to let go, have fun, and connect with themselves and with each other. Come as you are. All are welcome. Sliding scale options available. No one turned away due to lack of funds.
