Would your children like to learn more about caring for horses?? Are they under 12
? Would they like to socialise and learn new skills in small groups in a friendly supporting environment?
We specialise in working with children with ASD and additional needs.
The course will cover the following:
? Safety around horses
? Feeding
? Grooming
? Stable care
? Horse colours and marking
? Leading horses
They will also learn social skills including team building and valuable self regulation techniques.
Participants get a certificate and rosette upon completion.
?The 6 week course will be held on Wednesdays 10am-11.30am weekly
?£300 for the course
?£50 deposit secures the space
Sessions will be held at our Therapeutic Horsemanship Center located in the heart of the South Cotswolds, in an area of outstanding natural beauty situated between Bristol and Bath.
