?Posture Assessment and Improvement?Following the success of our demo days, we would like to invite you bring your own horse for a rider and horse posture screening !
Each session is 1 hour:
✅ Half of which will be spent with Hayley on Rider positioning and posture with use of Franklin balls to help deepen your seat, improve your aids and become more balanced with your horse.
✅ The other half will assess your horse's natural conformation and posture and work on exercises to improve their hind end engagement, lift the forehand and improve coordination and balance.
