Horror Movie Dudes Cookie Decorating Class at Steel City Nutrition

Create these fantasticly creepy cookies and enjoy a complimentary beverage at Steel City Nutrition, located in historic downtown Pueblo. This class is great for beginners or those with some experience. Participants will decorate their cookies utilizing several techniques--painting, piping, outlining and flooding, dimensional flooding, wet-on-wet, and texturizing. Everyone will leave with seven spooky cookies, new decorating skills, and cookie bags to share their finished treats.

Class will start promptly at 11:00 a.m. to ensure plenty of time to learn, decorate, and ask questions. The full set of cookies takes about three hours. This class size is capped at 12, no exceptions. You can sign up individually or as a group, subject to remaining space availability. Sure, youmight be able buy one decorated cookie for around $5, but this class teaches you to create your own masterpieces--skills you can apply to future cookies for all kinds of events. Participants will receive step-by-step instructions, vanilla sugar cookie and royal icing recipes, and information about where to buy supplies to create their future cookie projects.

All supplies are provided. Just bring yourself, your glasses (if necessary), and perhaps an apron--cookies can be messy. Don't forget your phone to take photos of your finished cookies.

Cookie Decorating Class Terms & Conditions

Because of the handmade nature of all products, the colors, designs, and other elements of the cookies may vary slightly from those advertised.

Cookie decorating kits cannot be adjusted to accommodate dietary restrictions.

Participants

Due to the structure of the class, and classroom capacity, bystanders and walk-ins are not permitted.

It is not possible for materials/cookies to be shared. Each participant must register and purchase their own ticket.

While there is no age restriction, the techniques are recommended for those over the age of 12. All participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Payment

All participants must register and purchase a ticket prior to class. Payment is due in full at time of class ticket purchase.

Transfers

If a registered/paid participant wishes to transfer their ticket to someone else, they must notify Jennifer at [email protected] at least 48 hours prior to the class. Original moneys paid for the class will not be refunded to the registered participant. Any monetary transfers must be handled between the registered partcipant and transferee.

Refunds

If a registered participant cannot attend or does not show for the cookie class, the participant forfeits all rights to any moneys paid. All materials are prepared specifically for each class, therefore no refunds will be provided.

It's Colorado, folks. If the weather causes a venue closure, we will contact you to let you know. Rest assured, we will reschedule and you will not miss out!

All class materials are produced in a home kitchen not subject to licensure or inspection and may contain common food allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, milk/dairy products, or fish. Class materials are not intended for resale.
