The HORROR CAR WASH LA - meet some of the world's scariest ghosts, clowns, and reapers waiting to scare you as you drive through our carwash. With special effects, such as beacon lights, animatronics, and fog, you will experience one of the most unique haunted car wash you’ve ever been to.

The Horror Car Wash LA Event will have no age limit, as all visitors are expected to remain in their vehicles at all times throughout the event. The rules of attendance are simple: customers are asked to obey posted signage about putting their vehicles into neutral when directed, and to keep their feet off the pedals and hands off their wheels at all times for everyone's safety while in the tunnel. It’s simple, fun, and there will even be attendants on site at all times to provide safety directions for all involved.

Admissions are directly handled online through Eventbrite. Customers must have tickets printed out or QR code/ name pulled up on your phone when entering the site for admission.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

Horror Car Wash ("HCW") is an interactive haunted carwash intended to scare and surprise you. Therefore, in allowing you to enter the property, you represent and promise that you voluntarily and expressly agree to release, discharge and hold "HCW", their owners, employees, affiliates, landlords, contractors, affiliated organizations, entities, any other persons assisting or participating in their activities, or other patrons harmless from any and all legal liability, property damage or medical liability, and personally assume all risks from any of their actions including, but not limited to, negligent acts or strict liability acts. Some of these risks are apparent: pregnant women, persons with heart or other debilitating conditions, asthma, and persons with emotional or physical trauma should not enter the haunted carwash. Other risks may not be apparent: All Vehicles MUST have their windows rolled up and doors locked or you may be incidentally touched by a performer or by an "HCW" effect. Finally, Horror Car Wash contains special effects and frightening performers. Physical injury, death and/or property damage from them or from sudden reactions to them may occur.

I agree that "HCW" reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone. I will experience intense audio, lighting, low visibility, strobe lights, fog, special effects, sudden actions and other disorienting apparatuses on the property. I will not enter if I suffer from asthma, heart condition, am prone to seizures, have physical ailments, have respiratory or any type of medical problem, am pregnant or suffer any form of mental disease including claustrophobia.

I agree that my admission ticket is a revocable license and may be taken away from me and admission refused. I understand that there is an inherent risk involved with attending this event/attraction. I voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with participation in this attraction. In consideration and acceptance of entrance onto the property I agree to release Horror Car Wash LA, its parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and landlord from any liability for any harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise.

I agree, understand, and acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to the disease COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization and any strains, variants, or mutations thereof) and SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that can cause COVID-19) (collectively, “COVID-19”), and any other communicable or infectious disease, exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious communicable disease that can lead to severe illness and death. No precautions can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19, and the risk of exposure applies to everyone. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”), older adults (people 65 years and older) and people of any age who have underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness and death from COVID-19. I acknowledge that the risk of exposure to COVID-19 and any other communicable or infectious disease includes the risk that I will expose others that I later encounter, even if I am not experiencing or displaying any symptoms of illness myself. By visiting and/or participating in the event and/or attractions at "HCW", I agree to voluntarily assume any and all risks in any way related to exposure to COVID-19 and any other communicable or infectious disease, including illness, injury, or death of myself or others, and including without limitation, all risks based on the sole, joint, active or passive negligence of "HCW" its parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and landlord. I acknowledge that my visit and participation are entirely voluntary. On my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, executors, personal representatives, administrators, and assigns, I agree to forever waive, covenant not to sue, release, and discharge "HCW" its parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and landlord, from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, damages, costs, or expenses of every kind, including all claims and causes of action based on the sole, joint, active or passive negligence of "HCW" its parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and landlord, arising out of or in any way relating to exposure to COVID-19 and any other communicable or infectious disease during my visit to and/or participation in event and/or attractions at "HCW". This waiver of liability and the assumption of risk set forth above is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law.

I agree to follow all posted instructions at the event and/or attraction, including but not limited to: not attending if I am sick or have recently had any fever or flu like symptoms, wearing proper face coverings where required, maintaining a minimum of 6’ of distance from any other patron, employee or any other person who I have not come to the event with, have my temperature checked if required, wash or disinfect my hands before and after experiencing any attractions or when I have touched any surface at the event/attraction.

I attest, acknowledge, and agree that any individual for whom I have bought an admission ticket for or who uses an admission ticket purchased by me has independently and carefully read this Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability and has knowingly and independently acknowledged and agreed to all its provisions.

"HCW" is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.

"HCW" is a haunted carwash designed for entertainment purposes. Content is fictional. Any similarities to actual people, places or situations is purely coincidental.

Cameras and Video recording devices are located throughout the haunted carwash attraction. By entering the premises you are waiving the right to financial compensation and agree to have your photograph and video footage released and displayed for sole use of "HCW". Furthermore, ticket holders or attendees of the event consent to being filmed, photographed, and recorded as members of the audience. The resulting film footage, images and recordings may be used to promote the "HCW" in print, various forms of media, and on websites. You consent that the footage remains our property and we may use it in conjunction with promotion of our events however we choose, in perpetuity.

If any provision or part thereof of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision or part thereof shall be deemed modified to conform to applicable law, or if this would cause an illogical or unreasonable result, such provision or part thereof shall be stricken from the terms and conditions without affecting the binding force or effect of any other part or provision.

If the event needs to be cancelled due to weather, guests are more than welcome to come back for any of the following event date at any time between 5-8.

Monthly members must purchase tickets online as this event will not be included in their monthly pass.

Vehicle Restrictions

Vehicles with the following will not be admitted into our Horror Car Wash for your safety and ours.

• No Motorcycles
• Vehicles that are too high, 7’ 2″ maximum clearance
• Vehicles with lowered suspensions or extra wide tires
• Vehicles with caked on mud
• Vehicles with 5th wheels
• Vehicles with body damage, loose parts or trim, or after market accessories
• Dually trucks
• Open bed pickup trucks with any loose items and/or debris. Bed must be completely cleared prior to washing
• Trucks with racks or hitches of any type
• We reserve the right to refuse to wash any vehicle that we determine at our sole discretion may experience damage or cause damage to our machinery or other vehicles.

Safety First

• Your safety and the safety of our staff is important to us
• We ask all visitors to remain inside their vehicles at all times throughout the event.
• Visitors are expected to obey all posted signage.
• All vehicles will be placed into the neutral position by the driver when instructed.
• Drivers will keep their hands off the steering wheel and feet off the pedals while the vehicle is in the tunnel.
• Please turn off your headlights in the tunnel
• Vacuum services will not be available during this event

In case of cancellation due to natural catastrophe or any other event beyond the control of the Attraction the event will be rescheduled.

Ticket holders or attendees of the event consent to being filmed, photographed, and recorded as members of the audience. The resulting film footage, images and recordings may be used to promote Horror Car Wash in print, various forms of media, and on websites. You consent that the footage remains our property and we may use it in conjunction with promotion of our event however we choose.

Event goers must comply with all relevant statutes, laws, safety announcements, and regulations while attending the event. Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behavior likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable Horror Car Wash LA, its security personnel, volunteers, staff, or event organizers to eject the attendee(s) from the event site without a refund.
