Welcome to HopOn! Cycling Nova Scotia is pleased to offer a 3-week HopOn children's cycling program between June 12 and June 26, for children ages 7 - 12 yrs. who are able to pedal a two-wheeled bicycle without support.Please note that our first evening session on June 12th will begin at 4:30pm, with Jenna from @halifaxcycles, to support children who are learning to pedal. They must not have training wheels on their bike.
What is HopOn? HopOn is a games-based program meant to introduce kids to cycling in a fun, safe, and engaging environment with NCCP-trained coaches. Learn more at www.hoponcanada.ca.
The program will be taking place on the following Wednesdays at Point Pleasant Park.

The program is led by Cycling Nova Scotia's summer staff, who are NCCP certified HopOn-trained instructors.
HopOn is designed for kids who already know how to ride and wish to advance their bicycle skills. This program is a Level 2 - 4 course, meaning that participants should be able to start and stop quickly, change gears, and tap head with hand while riding.
Cost: $120 which includes a certificate of completion from Cycling Canada!
