Hope for the Holidays Virtual Gathering

Are you having difficulty adjusting to new holiday traditions and rituals or unsure how to make alternative plans this year?

When you are grieving the loss of a loved one, the holiday season can be a challenging time. It won’t always be this way. There is hope.

Hope for the Holidays is a free program for those looking for ways to cope with grief at this time of year. The session is hosted by a professional grief counselor who understands the complexity of grief and the effect it can have on us, particularly during the holidays.
