Wildfires may have taken homes, routines, and familiar landscapes—but they did not take you. HOPE to Healing is a 6-part, in-person wellness series designed to support LGBTQ+ adults in rebuilding emotional resilience, strengthening community connection, and reclaiming inner safety after disruption and loss.
Through guided reflection, mindfulness, music, and storytelling, participants will explore themes of grief, identity, and belonging—while learning simple, practical self-care tools to support emotional wellbeing long after the series ends.
5:00-6:00 PM Resilience, hope, & healing facilitated session
6:00-7:00 PM Complimentary supper
