FRIDAY the 19th! The Hop Lab series is BACK with a brand new Cold IPA: The Big Chill
For our Cold IPA, we wanted a beer hopped like a west coast IPA, but with the driest body and cleanest fermentation possible. Starting with a grain bill of only Pilsner malt and rice, and hopped with this years blend of ALES for ALS hops, we've achieved the crispest and coldest IPA you'll have this summer. A portion of the proceeds of this beer go to ALS research.
We'll also have P&L Seafood truck!
